What It Is
The North Fork Directory is a public directory of businesses located in Western Colorado, serving the towns of Hotchkiss, Paonia, Crawford and Cedaredge. The directory contains a growing list of business and services that are categorized by hand. The directory is searchable and browsable, and provides both free listings to businesses and services. The North Fork directory is built and maintained by Earthbound, a web development and hosting company located in Hotchkiss, Colorado. Basic listings are always free.
Paid Listings
For a small fee, business owners can pay to have their businesses listed in a highlighted color. In addition, paid listings gain a free 'mini website' business listing page with an extended description and photo(s) and maps to their business. How It Works
The directory contains of existing listings that can be searched and browsed by category. In addition, business owners can register to edit their free listings, or pay for an enhanced listing. Enhanced listings feature listing highlighting, an additional landing page describing the business, including their location on a map, and links to the company's website. Visitors can also suggest new listings to be added to the directory, by clicking the 'Add a new listing' button on any (detail) category page.
